PLOT RENEWAL FEES FOR 2019 

  • CHEQUE #1: Annual plot rentals as per assigned pot(s), below for the individual plot fee amount; cheques payable to Highland Community Church.
  • CHEQUE #2: Annual administrative fee of $25, a post-dated cheque dated June 1, 2019, payable to Edith Neumann. The cheque will be cashed only in the event that a gardener(s) fails to adequately maintain a plot or abandons it without adequate cleanup (please review the HCG Garden Guidelines). The $25 administrative cheque will be destroyed in advance of next year's fees. New annual administrative fee cheques are required every year.
  • CHEQUE #3: Volunteer maintenance fee of $20, post-dated cheque dated May 1, 2019, payable to Edith Neumann. Cheques will be destroyed upon successful completion of volunteer days posted on the HCG Abbotsford calendar
