Balcony Farming Workshop

Archway Urban Farm's growing space for a Balcony Farming Workshop! This two hour event will cover all of the basics on how to get the most out of container farming in areas such as patios, balconies, and other compact spaces. Participants will build and bring home a beautiful Salsa or Salad Planter and the know-how to ensure a successful harvest time and time again. Topics will include containers, soil, watering, plant care, sunlight management, space saving tricks, and so much more. Take a tour of Abbotsford's only urban farm and experience first hand what it means to grow vegetables in the city. Fun for the whole family or a friends night out!
